Fall Window Tree

This is a simple idea that will brighten any classroom or home. It is great because it only cost a buck or two and it can be changed many times throughout the season. While my boys were changing the tree they had fun conversations about apples and leaves falling, piles of apples and the colors of leaves!

FALL WINDOW TREE
The Stuff
The Prep
The FUN!
  • Brown washable acrylic or tempera paint
  • Fall window decals (we got ours at JoAnn fabrics – check the Dollar store as well)
  • Optional – other colors of paint for pumpkins, piles of leaves, black cat or other fall things
Paint tree on a window or glass door
1. Have kids put the window decals on or around the tree. My oldest one (Hornet) liked to teach my youngest (Firefly) how to lick the back so it sticks better.

2. Change the tree again!
